FAQS

Q: What time should off-site guests arrive?
A: If you're coming from off-site, please aim to arrive around 2:15 PM. This gives you plenty of time to park, get settled, and use the facilities. Everyone will start walking to the ceremony spot at 2:30 PM for a 3:00 PM start.

Q: Can we bring gifts?
A: Your presence truly is the greatest gift. If you’d still like to give something, a contribution to our wishing well would be warmly appreciated as we begin our life together.

Q: Are children welcome?
A: While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us. Babies who are still fully dependent are welcome.

Q: What's the dress code?
A: Think semi-formal or cocktail attire, with a farm-friendly twist! The ceremony is on grass, so please wear practical footwear, and since the reception barn is open-air, bring a cozy layer in case it gets chilly.

Q: How do I let you know about dietary requirements?
A: You can note any dietary needs when you RSVP. We’ll make sure you’re well looked after on the day.

Q: Where is the reception held?
A: The reception will take place in the beautiful open-air barn at Longview Farm. You’ll be protected from the elements, but it can cool down in the evening, so bring something warm just in case.

Q: What’s the weather like in November?
A: Expect mild-to-warm weather — average temperatures in the Manning Valley in November range from 14°C to 25°C.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes! There’s ample free parking on-site for both day guests and those staying the weekend.

Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Absolutely. Longview Farm has accessible facilities, including bathrooms and drop-off access near the ceremony site for anyone with mobility aids. The reception barn also features accessible bathrooms.

Q: Will food and drink be provided?
A: Yes — all food and drink will be provided on the wedding day.

Q:What about guests staying on site?
We’ll have several food options available over the weekend for guests staying on site: on Friday night, if numbers allow, we’ll organise a food truck where guests can purchase dinner. On Saturday before the ceremony, guests will have the option to pre-purchase breakfast and lunch, which will be available on the day. On Sunday morning, a free breakfast will be provided for everyone staying on site. More details will be shared closer to the date.

Q: Can I bring a plus one?
A: Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and truly look forward to celebrating with you!
